Shamrock Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice

  • ¼ cup simple syrup

  • 2 ounces Irish whiskey

  • 1 tiny drop of green food coloring

  • lime wedges for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients and shake well; strain over ice.

  2. Garnish with a lime wedge and a shamrock stirrer.

Fuzzy Leprechaun
FUZZY LEPRECHAUN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ounce Peach Schnapps

  • 1 ounce Blue Curacao

  • 1 ounce Vodka

  • ½ ounce Orange Juice

  • ½ ounce Pineapple Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake, strain into glass.

  2. Garnish with an orange and cherry.

Limeade
sparkling cucumber limeade
(non-alcoholic)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup lime juice

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves

  • 1 medium English cucumber, halved & thinly sliced

  • 2 cups sparkling water, chilled

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make lime syrup by combining the sugar, lime zest and water  in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the mint leaves. Let sit for 30 mins.

  2. Strain the lime syrup through a fine mesh sieve. Combine the syrup with the lime juice and cucumber. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 

  3. When ready to serve, add in the sparkling water. Serve over ice.
