INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons lime juice

½ tablespoon lemon juice
-
¼ cup simple syrup
-
2 ounces Irish whiskey
-
1 tiny drop of green food coloring
-
lime wedges for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients and shake well; strain over ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge and a shamrock stirrer.

FUZZY LEPRECHAUN
INGREDIENTS

1 ounce Peach Schnapps

1 ounce Blue Curacao

1 ounce Vodka
-
½ ounce Orange Juice
-
½ ounce Pineapple Juice
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake, strain into glass.

Garnish with an orange and cherry.

sparkling cucumber limeade
(non-alcoholic)
INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar
-
1 tablespoon lime zest
-
1 cup water
-
1 cup lime juice
-
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
-
1 medium English cucumber, halved & thinly sliced
-
2 cups sparkling water, chilled
INSTRUCTIONS

Make lime syrup by combining the sugar, lime zest and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the mint leaves. Let sit for 30 mins.

Strain the lime syrup through a fine mesh sieve. Combine the syrup with the lime juice and cucumber. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

When ready to serve, add in the sparkling water. Serve over ice.
